You know those days that you feel like curling up in a ball under a warm blanket, sipping something hot and delicious, and numbing out via Netflix?

Yeah, I’m well acquainted with them myself.

It seems to me like almost every time I get a HUGE spark of inspiration, an intuitively badass idea, or have a stellar day of action and magic…

That a curl-up-and-cry kinda day follows soon after.

I’m sure some of it has to do with upper limits and stretching outside of my comfort zone and some of it has to do with simply exhausting myself on adrenaline and hyper-activity.

I’ll tell you what, though.

It used to PISS ME OFF.

I’d have an amazing day, make a plan for another, and quickly wind up in a funk.

And then… the self-talk bitch would come out.

Why are you so lazy, Laura? I’d ask myself.

Do you not care enough about your dreams and goals?

Instead of simply allowing myself to feel funky and rest, I’d berate myself even further.

And the more I berated myself, the deeper I would sink on the bad days.

The more acutely aware I was that, “Time was of the essence,” the more I would try and force myself out of my funk.

The thing is, time IS of the essence.

Right now is a moment you’ll never get back.

Would you rather spend more moments being kind and gentle with yourself, or more moments using negative self talk to feel worse about who you are?

When I had my big epiphany on the boat back from my honeymoon (Don’t know what I’m talking about? Read this.), I asked myself a question.

I asked myself…

What if I can simply be me and still be successful?

That question changed everything.

What if I can have a bad day and still be successful?

What if I can make a mistake (or 5,000) and still be successful?

What if I can break the rules, watch Netflix, stumble and fall, say stupid shit, learn as I go, glide back and forth between scarcity and abundance mindsets, only believe in angels some of the time, prefer the mountains to the beach, take years to respond to text messages…

And still be successful?

That question has allowed me to get quiet and gentle in the dark spaces of my life.

It’s also allowed me to have more exuberance and positivity in the bright places – even when others are acting more tame.

It’s meant that I cried when I found out Adrian’s family received their U.S. tourist visa, because I was so damn happy.

It’s meant that sometimes I send emails at 1:30pm instead of 8am sharp.

It’s meant that I can infuse absolutely everything…from dishes to divinely inspired writing… with who I am in each moment.

Because we’re a “results” kinda society (though I must say… the journey is always the best “result”), I’ll share some of those, too.

Being exactly who I am in each moment has led to:

:: More love notes that I can keep track of, from clients, friends, acquaintances, and strangers alike.

:: More money. Literally. Doing things that don’t even feel like work because I enjoy them so thoroughly.

:: More emotion. Definitely. It’s a wild ride and I’m all in.

:: Best of all? Knowing, without a single shred of doubt, that you’re reading these words, Laura, because you’re called to them in some way.

You’re called to them because I’m meant to tell you…

Your dreams matter. What you offer to the world matters.

Your deepest desires have an enormous crush on you and the moment you take a confident step in their direction they will come rushing forward.

They’re waiting for you to make the first move.

Do you want to see what it’s like when you can be successful by being yourself?

I’m gathering a circle of those who want to say YES to life. To desire. To ease and pleasure and joy and emotion and a full-blown, leaning in, running-with-the-wind kind of life.

I have a feeling you might be one of them.

This will be a sacred space, a community of soul-based earth walkers who want to feel into their personal magic sauce for the world.

We will create and spark more light than you can imagine.

More abundance, love, clarity, divine knowing, FREEDOM and joy than you can imagine.

How?

By simply being more and more ourselves, every single day.

Will you step into the circle with us?

This divine circle of entrepreneurship, transformation, and creation will begin next week. Click here to apply for your sacred space.

This application is designed to get to know you and your dreams better and will allow you to feel into the possibilities that will arise from stepping into the light with us.

I would be honored to support you (and so excited to send you gifts!!!).

Here’s to you and the sacred, magical possibility of teaming up to make your dreams come true.

In love + guts,

xo Laura

p.s. I’d love to know in the comments… How does being successful by being yourself FEEL to you? What thoughts/feelings does asking yourself this bring up?
