{Side note: This interview took place during something called the Gutsy Spotlight Series for my digestive health business. Natalie shares some great content that is still relevant to business owners.}

Today I have the pleasure of introducing you to my friend, Natalie Ann Taggart!

We met through our online nutrition school at the beginning of 2014, and have since supported each other through business and life: from start-ups to failures to rebirths to ideas to programs, and from breakups to engagements to big moves to world-wide trips.

Friends who just “get it” are so fun to talk to, and that’s why I’m especially happy to be sharing this interview today. It’s a sneak peek at what our conversations are usually like!

We discuss fear and how feeling your feelings is one of the most powerful things you can do.

Yep, that’s right. Feeling your feelings instead of drowning them out via people or technology or food.

Now, we’d love to know in the comments:

What’s your favorite way of feeling through icky feelings? What do you do when you’re in a bad mood?
